Mac Data Recovery

  • All data recovery appointments are at WeWork Manhattan Laundry (1342 Florida Ave NW) by appointment only - no walk ins.
  • You pay $0 if we're unsuccessful
  • Data will be put onto customer-provided external drive

Please fill out the contact form below and we’ll set up a date and time for you to come to WeWork at 1342 Florida Ave NW so we can check out your device and to go over your options. 

Once we have your device it will be 1-2 business days before we can know for sure if we can or can’t recover your data. If we can it’s a flat $149. If we can’t it’s $0.

We can help with a lot of issues as most of the time data is accessible just not in a form where your computer will boot up.

If we can remove your hard drive and place it into an external enclosure you’ll be charged an additional $10 for the enclosure. If your drive is badly damaged and we need to transfer it to a new external drive you can either provide it or we’ll buy one for you (around $50).

Trevor and Colin are Apple Certified technicians living in Washington, DC (and they're brothers!). Trevor is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia while Colin is a graduate of University of Detroit Mercy. Together they have performed over 30,000 repairs on Macbooks, Macbook Pros, Macbook Airs, iPads, and iPhones.
