Where is our office?

We’re located at 1608 20th St. NW #3. It’s the block of 20th St. between Connecticut Ave NW and Q St. NW in front of the Dupont Circle Metro entrance (Q St. North entrance). Call our office at 202-719-6009 if you can't find us.

What businesses are next to us?

We’re located on the 3rd floor above Tanning By Tan Line and Tabletop. We’re next to Mission, Darlington House, and Zorbas. The glass door with 1608 written above it is the door that you’ll need walk into.

What does our office look like?

We renovated our office in August, 2017 to make our waiting room larger and more inviting for our customers. Most customers drop off and pick up their devices but feel free to wait for your repair.

  • Why did you change your name?

    We came to a point where we realized that if we wanted to grow our company we needed a name that didn't just represent a small part of what we do. We don't want to just fix screens on Apple laptops; we want to do more for our customers.

  • What does it mean that you're an Apple Authorized Service Provider?

    An Apple Authorized Service Provider is essentially a mini Apple Store. We perform repairs in the same way with the same parts. We can service in warranty devices, out of warranty devices, and even AppleCare+ repairs. We use genuine Apple parts and we have been chosen by Apple to help service Apple's customers in DC.

  • Didn't you used to do repairs where you came to customers?

    Yes! But now all repairs are now performed at 1608 20th St. NW #3 as we discontinued onsite repairs on October 1st, 2013

  • What are your hours?

    We’re open from 10:00am - 6:00pm Monday-Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Friday, and 9:00am - 2:00pm Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.

  • How long will my repair take? Can you do it while I wait?

    iPhone display repairs: iPhone display repairs for the 6S / 6S+ / 7 / 7+ / 8 / 8+ / X are performed same day (2 hour minimum). Display repairs for the iPhone 5 / 5C / 5S / SE / 6 / 6+ are a 3-5 day turnaround.

    iPhone component repairs: Other component repairs for all iPhones are completed same day as well (pricing is listed on the iPhone page; subject to availability).

    iPad repairs: If your iPad is in warranty or is under AppleCare+ we'll ship your iPad to an Apple service center with a 3-4 day turnaround. If you are paying the "other damage" fee to exchange your broken iPad for a new one we'll order your new iPad when you arrive at our office and most iPads arrive next day.

    Apple Watch repairs: We ship out all Apple Watch repairs to an Apple service center with a 3-4 day turnaround.

    AirPods repairs: We ship out all AirPod repairs to an Apple service center with a 3-4 day turnaround.

  • Will you need my passcode?

    If your iPhone is running iOS 10.2 or later we will not need your passcode however it makes the repair process A LOT easier if we do. We WILL need Find My iPhone to be disabled prior to your repair starting. If you cannot access your device's settings (like if your LCD is damaged) you will need to know your iCloud password when you get to our office and we'll help disable Find My iPhone.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Discover) and can either swipe a physical card or type in a card number (we’ll need the expiration, 3 or 4 digit code, and billing zip code.) We also accept cash and checks.

    If your company is paying for the repair we can email them (or you) a payment link through Square before your repair if you fill out a contact form prior to coming into our office. Or we can send it after your repair. However, until the invoice is paid we will not release your device to you.

  • Are your parts made by Apple?

    Yes! We're an Apple Authorized Service Provider so we only use genuine Apple parts. Besides the Apple Store in Georgetown we are the only place that uses genuine Apple parts in Washington, DC.

  • Will I lose any data when you perform my repair?

    You need to back up your device before visiting our office. There is a chance during a repair that we need to restore your device. If there is any doubt in your mind that your device is backed up and you need your data you need to back it up prior to visiting our office.

  • I have Applecare+, can you help me?

    Yes! Check out our pricing pages for detailed pricing for Applecare+ incidents. But be careful, AppleCare is not the same as AppleCare+. AppleCare is your 1-year limited warranty; AppleCare+ is something you either purchased when you bought your phone or something built into your carrier's plan. We also can repair your device if you have an in-warranty issue. Our pricing and policies are the exact same as what you'd experience at the Apple Store.

  • What warranty do I get from District Repair?

    Your repaired Apple device will carry a 90-day warranty or will continue for the remainder of your existing warranty, whichever is longer.

  • Will I get a receipt?

    With every repair you will get a receipt detailing your warranty information.

  • Do you have payment plans?

    Unfortunately we can’t do payment plans.

  • Summer Hours: We’re open from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am-6:00pm on Fridays. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
