We've spent nearly 10 years building this business so we really appreciate it when our customers look over our entire website as most questions are answered here.
We love to talk on the phone and figure out how we can solve your problems. We just ask that you look over everything first so you can be more prepared for your repair or service visit. (And our eventual phone conversation)
Looking for a phone number on our website? We don't have one because it's just us two and the phone would be ringing all day, preventing us from actually performing repairs. But we answer all contact forms within 30 minutes during our business hours.
Thank you for being understanding of how we work.

We do not repair the Apple Watch at this time. The Apple Store will be your best option.
Unfortunately we don’t. We do not fix Android (LG, Samsung, Google, etc.), cameras, Amazon tablets, stereos, headphones, etc.
No. After removing ourselves from Apple’s Authorized Service Provider program in March we stopped doing battery replacements for all devices. Why? Because having your battery replaced by another other than Apple will make your phone “unserviceable” by Apple in the future. To save you (and us) the headache we STRONGLY recommend scheduling a repair with Apple. It will take longer than going the third party route but you DO NOT want a third party battery. They are terrible and may destroy your device.
We are no longer an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) so we do not do the $29 AppleCare+ screen replacements or free “in warranty” repairs if you have an existing Apple warranty. The Apple Store is your only option for those types of repairs.
