District Repair is DC's highest rated Apple device repair and service company with over 280 5-star reviews on Yelp
Believe it or not but we don't have a phone number on our contact page. Our phone number is listed, however, on the pricing page for your particular service. That way, you will know exactly how the repair/service process goes before reaching out to us.
We've spent nearly 10 years building this business so we really appreciate it when our customers look over our entire website as most questions are answered here.
We love to talk on the phone and figure out how we can solve your problems. We just ask that you look over everything first so you can be more prepared for your repair or service visit. (And our eventual phone conversation)
Thank you for being understanding of how we work.

Please read over our top FAQ's before contacting us below.
Please visit the broken device section of our website and find your model of iPhone or iPad to check out pricing. There is a Repair Request form at the bottom of the page that you’ll need to fill out. We repair your device at YOUR location (inside of our service area). We come to you!
We do not repair the Apple Watch at this time. The Apple Store will be your best option.
After removing ourselves from Apple’s Authorized Service Provider program in March we stopped doing battery replacements for all devices. Why? Because having your battery replaced by another other than Apple will make your phone “unserviceable” by Apple in the future. To save you (and us) the headache we STRONGLY recommend scheduling a repair with Apple. It will take longer than going the third party route but you DO NOT want a third party battery. They are terrible and may destroy your device.
We are no longer an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) so we do not do the $29 AppleCare+ screen replacements or free “in warranty” repairs if you have an existing Apple warranty. The Apple Store is your only option for those types of repairs.
